Im buying this skateboard rail and am goin to use it with my snowboard in my backyard

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006NDCUQ/ref=s9subs_c1_200_at1-rfc_g1-3237_p_si6?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-1&pf_rd_r=01YG4T0NVDCNPHVAXHSR&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=463383351&pf_rd_i=507846

Will it work? Are there any other websites where you can get snowboard rails and jibs for under $150. Any comments or suggestions would be helpful

Those work fine. Your biggest concern should be making sure you have it secure in the snow.

is 6ft going to be long enough? I think if you talk to a local welder (not a welding shop, someone with the gear that knows what they are doing) you should be able to get at least a 10ft setup for around the same price (labor and parts) It will probably be a stronger setup too (those rails tend to max out at around 200-220lbs) plus you can go custom with it. (height, color, where it adjusts, etc)

It's a rail dude why wouldn't it work? you don't think those people jibbing street rails in snowboarding vids make sure they're snowboard rails first do you?.

actual wax is meant to be melted into the pores of the p-tex...in case you in trouble-free terms use that rub on crab which does not artwork in any case you're only soliciting for a ruined board. you like your board to final, use snowboard warm wax and have it ironed on
