The Lib tech T. Rice would definately suite you the best. You would have the most fun on that board. I say GNU after that, then Capita, Then Ride, Then Bataleon.

Ride makes good boards, also Burton makes excellent boards. Four of my friends ride Burton boards and love them, the Burton Se7en and Burton Supermodel are great for freeriding. I own a Forum, the Seeker Devun Walsh Pro model and really like it. Also another good brand is Salomon.

Watch this site Brociety.com

they sell one item at a time for a major discount, almost all snowboarding gear, in fact currently theyre selling a Ride snowboard normally $460 for $215. Thats the site where I bought my board. The item changes multiple times a day.

no park? get rid of every single board on that list. Try the Nitro Shield Tigre. If you feel like looking yourself, look into the freeride or all mountain categories. It seems more like what your into. Just don't get a full on swallowtail completely directional board, unless all you're riding is powder.

individually i think of burton boards at the instant are not something particular, no longer till your getting mega intense end stuff. For a less expensive you may get an superior or comparable spec'd board, with burton you extra or much less pay for the style no longer the kit. id advise an determination board, their hand geared up in canada, as unfavourable another manufacturers that are gadget geared up or hand geared up in someplace like china. What ever you come back to a decision I;d additionally advise getting a board with a timber middle, the timber cores keep their flex longer and are extra good. I additionally advise staying removed from manufacturers like lamar or morrow, they 're very properly once you're a beginner and you do no longer relatively plan on advancing directly to extra desirable stuff and their relatively much less costly 2d hand so their good once you're unfavorable. So till you budget isnt eighty$ and you propose on doing extra desirable than vegetables stay the hell away. Bindings clever, I advise getting something with steel clasps, as plastic ones can wreck. additionally dont much less costly out on those, in case you get an intermediate experienced board dont experience it with the crappy 40$ bindings. Now, boots clever. as quickly as returned dont much less costly out. Get a pair of running shoes that are mushy, considering the fact which you would be donning the for prolonged classes of time. individually i admire rome boots the main. once you are going to purchase an entire set up, now may be the main suitable time. There are alot of end of season bargains occurring. maximum suitable of success.

It kind of depends where you are riding at mostly as well. Are you near mountains and ride fresh powder often? or are you mostly riding hard pack icy resorts?

My vote is for the GNU riders choice with Magne-Traction.

well i'm not sure about those specific boards, but i can help you rule out one possibly?!

since you're not into park... i wouldn't go for the Libtech rocker... rockers are meant for park.

i've hear capita and bataleon are good boards though
