What kind of riding are you looking to get into? the M4 vamp is a women's park board so I wouldn't recommend it for freeriding. The Ride Solace is a decent beginner board for women but the k2 luna is better.

Roxy actually has some good boards this year so if you love their boards you should go with one of them (just not the classic..that board is an old model and so it's pretty crappy). The ollie pop is a park board, the envi and the ally have magnetraction which you might not want to go with those. If you're just starting out the roxy sugar is a good board for all around riding, and the silhouette too.

The margin of difference in quality from one snowboard manufacturer to another is declining rapidly. That's not to say that one company doesn't make better boards than another, but it's less of an issue than it used to be.

Almost every company has at least a few models that are of good quality, and would suit your needs.

Some companies, however, have had an upper hand for quite some time, and deserve mention. These manufacturers can be counted on, no matter what board you buy from them, to make quality products that will last many years and allow you to progress on one deck. Among them, Gnu, Lib-Tech, Ride, Option, and NeverSummer. If you go with one of those, you can't go wrong.

Of the companies you listed, Roxy makes alot of stuff directed at female riders. Burton is over-priced, and even more over-rated. Nitro and Ride both make good decks. Haven't heard much about Avalanche or M4....
