Snow/Skate helmets recommendations? (Bern Macon Helmet)?

I've been scouting around for a helmet that would be good for skateboarding and snowboarding, since I don't really have money to drop on two separate helmets. In my search I came across the Bern Macon Helmet. It's certified for both skate and snow, but I haven't seen too many reviews or opinions on it. So, what do you guys think?

Also, if you know of any similar helmets that are certified for both skate and snow uses and are reasonably priced, please let me know.

I like Bern, I have the Watts. really nice helmet. pretty low profile while still offering excellent protection, I also like the brim.

Be careful with which model you pick. they have a 'hard hat' version and an 'EPS' version. The EPS version is a certified helmet. the Hard Hat version is not, which is why they call it a 'hard hat'. Get the EPS version, it's better but might be a tad more expensive.

Looks like a good helmet.

Lots of sizes to choose from, good materials and good approval ratings.

Remember to wear a thin beanie or something underneath to not freeze your ears off ;)
