Boots and Bindings help?

Hi, i am looking at buying a rome postermania or an artifact. I am going to be focusing on the park , so like 80/20 split between freestyle and all mountain. I am just wanting opinions on boots and bindings. I am intermediate, size nine boot. 140 lbs, 5'9.5", board is going to be a 150. and i just want some opinions on boots and bindings, if you guys don't mind..

I am looking at 32 lashed, rome libertines, or burton shaun white's for the boots.

As for bindings it is more simple, but a harder choice, Rome 390's or Union Force.

I would take the Union forces of the 390's ANY DAY. There lighter, practically indestructable, less complex yet better working. Still adjustable to make your stance wider or your toe/heal drag moveable or whatever you call it.



As for boots I hear lots of people asking questions regarding the libertines or the lashed boots. Both great boots, but I prefer riding 32's. I have demoed some rome libertines before and I just don't like the way they fit my foot. I also really notice how much lighter the 32's are. But you need to go try them on and just get whatever pair you feel are more comfortable.

390's would be better for a more jib specific ride, since the artifact and postermania are both pretty noodly you'd probably like that better then the union force bindings, You may also want to look at the Ride Contrabands as they're jib specific bindings as well.



As for boots you need to go with the ones that fit your feet the best, be smart and try them on before purchasing to make sure they fit properly. If you're feet aren't comfortable you wont be enjoying yourself.

Rome 390's are a great choice for park riding





For boots you really need to try them on before you buy them so you know they are comfortable, i would look at Thirty Two,DC and Vans for Boots

For the bindings i would get rome 390's, just because rome is a really really good brand..as for the boots, my older bro has shaun whites, and he is in love with them...he says they are super comfortable.
