Hey i just purchased a brand new 2007 Burton Air snowboard. Last year i purchased a great pair of Burton Mission bindings. I tried to install them but its weird. The holes dont seem to match. What do i do? Are these 2 not compatible or something?

The shop you bought this stuff at should have explained this to you. Burton's mounting system is called 3D and on Burton boards you only need three screws to attach a binding. The Missions come with what Burton calls a Multi-Disk which can be used on 4x4 boards and 3D boards.

You're all good and that board is a lot of fun, you will really enjoy it.

sure burton mounting holes are set up different than any other brand but burton bindings should also fit that weird pattern. i have a burton board and bindings but they fit together. i cant tell you whythey dont fit exceot maybe theyre different years. try buying some new burton plates for them. (you know the part you actually screw to the board

Burtons binding mounting holes are set up differently than any other kind of board, but you can put any kind of binding on them that you want. You just need to find a different mounting plate (which should have came with the bindings, they usually come with 2) But if not, it should still line up, the pre drills just arent your conventional set up and may look strange but you just need to play with it.
