How good are Capita snowboards?

Question

Specifically... the Scaremaster. Is it good? would you recommend it for an intermediate rider who´s just starting on the Park?
Same question fro Union Bindings, would you go with them over more commercial brands such as Burton, K2, etc.?

That's a good capita board for the park, If you could find the horrorscope though I'd pick that up over it. Basically the upgraded version over the scaremaster.



If you're looking into union bindings for park then you can't go wrong with the Union Force bindings.

Capita makes some of the best park boards currently on the market. The Scaremaster is a really nice board. As far as the bindings go...you can't go wrong with Union. A lot of people like Union because they only make bindings and therefore can concentrate their research and engineering on making a great, reliable binding. You can't go wrong with Burton bindings either.

Dunno about the board but Union bindings are amazing!

I would definitely get Union's over any other brand.

I have a pair of Cadet's and I love em cause they're super lightweight and strong.

My friends also rock Union force's, next season I'll prob buy another set of Unions.

You def can't go wrong with them.

I have a burton dominant that I use for park and everything else,

A couple of my friends ride Capita indoor survivals with union bindings also.

The Scaremaster is essentially a Stairmaster. If you're just getting into park though I would go with a horrorscope instead from them because you'll get the rocker technology in the tips. This will make it easier to learn how to do presses and be less catch free.



Don't waste your money on Unions. Their magnesiums buckles are weak as hell. If you do go with them remember to put loctite on all the screws in the heel cups and straps those things come out a lot easier.

if i were you id go with the scaremaster if u wanted but the stairmaster is better. union bindings ive heard nothing but bad about so id go with ride or burton bindings. im not in love with burton boards but their bindings are phenominal. and if u need boots get salomons or nikes. yes i just said nike snowboarding boots. you are only a man if u have seen them they are sick but salomon is very good with their memory foam/gel technology
